Available Categories
- SPSSC: Specialists (Medical)
Candidates possessing MBBS and postgraduate specialization, such as FCPS, FRCS, MRCP, or equivalent, can apply. Specialists are inducted under Short Service Commission and usually receive the rank of Squadron Leader based on qualifications and experience.
- General Duty Medical Officers – GDMO (SPSSC)
MBBS graduates with a completed one-year house job are eligible to apply. Registration with PMDC / PMC is necessary. GDMOs are inducted as Flight Lieutenants.
- Dental Officers / GDDOs (If Offered)
BDS Degree Holders Having completed a house job, with valid PMDC/PMC registration and as per availability.

Nationality: Pakistani male and female citizens
- Age Limit: Generally 25–35 for GDMOs and higher for specialists (as per category)
Qualification:
- MBBS/BDS from PMDC/PMC-recognized university
- House job certificate

Selection Procedure
Online Registration
Candidates would then have to register with the official website of PAF during the November–December 2025 window.
Initial Tests
Includes intelligence tests and academic/subject-based assessments. Initial Medical Consultation Conducted at PAF Selection Centers.
Interviews
Shortlisting of candidates, then interviewing, and then psychological assessment.
Final Medical at CMB
A complete medical check-up at the Central Medical Board.
